Shipping policy

Shipping:

Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days of the original purchase. Orders are shipped out during the week, excluding Sundays. Each package is shipped with USPS and can be either standard or priority. Those options are available at checkout. If you are local to Ogunquit, Maine, local pickup is available. Tracking numbers will be available once packages are shipped. We are not responsible or held liable for any USPS delays.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. The Maine Pooch is not responsible for inaccurate/incomplete addresses.

In-Store Pickup:

Any orders that are placed online with in-store pickup selected will be ready within 1-2 hours. Once an order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. Please come with your email with the order number in hand. We are unable to process an order without proof of purchase.

Please note that we only hold orders for 2 business days. This helps prevent orders from backing up at the shop.
